Please send your refund request to and ensure you enclose booking confirmation, date of purchase, a screenshot of ticket, last 4 digits of Credit Card used for the transaction, and reason for your request. Once submitted, please allow 7-14 business days to receive a response from our finance department regarding your request. Please be aware that tickets that are discounted are non-refundable but may be used at future dates. Due to Covid 19 there are exceptions however a service fee will apply. Other exceptions that would apply are if we cancel or acts of Mother Nature. Delays beyond our control are not refundable.
